Recognized as a pioneer in this industry, Michael grew the organization to almost 2,000 employees, serving customers in 80+ countries. Michael’s focus on service provider partners and their end-customers enabled BroadSoft to become the cloud provider of choice for the largest and most successful service providers in the world, which led to the acquisition by Cisco in 2018.
