Sales Manager

From Comcast to BRP, leading companies across North America use Stack8’s technologies to communicate internally and externally. After 10+ years of rapid growth, we are expanding our offering and need an experienced Sales Manager to stimulate sales and motivate and inspire the sales team.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who has an inherent ability for sales with a proven track record of success in the IT industry. An individual who is passionate about the sales process and who can inspire and lead the Stack8 sales team—leadership by example. Being loyal to the sales team is critical, as well as to the growth and success of each individual member, setting the tone not just for the team, but for the whole company. WHAT you’ll do

  • Accomplish a critical challenge: by January 31, 2022, achieve 100K users under contract (MS/HCS cloud)
  • Build and motivate your sales team with coaching and support
  • Develop and deliver sales training sessions every quarter to educate your team on Stack8 products and services
  • Build and execute a 30-day plan with specific weekly actions for each salesperson
  • Work in close collaboration with your sales team, enabling them to successfully achieve 80% of their target
  • Productively and effectively participate in the sales cycle
  • Build a sales funnel strategy to ensure the conversion of business leads into new customers
  • Engage with passion and enthusiasm in four customer meetings each week
  • Proactively engage in selling upwards to management

WHAT we’re looking for

  • A passion for technology with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the IT industry
  • A proven track record in sales management with over 5 years of experience
  • Outstanding and profitable experience in selling services or software
  • A natural leader with in-depth experience managing and coaching a sales team
  • Inherent ability to build rapport with customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and the sales team
  • Results oriented with a strong ability to sell enterprise IT solutions
