WHAT you’ll do

• Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for our latest cloud UC applications. Define the what and when we build products.
• Develop stories and work with Engineering as the voice of the customer to build product.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager and the Engineering Team.
• Ensure we are developing solutions that client need and will be happy to pay for
• Build and execute business plans that generate value for Stack8 and its clients.
• Build an in-depth understanding of Stack8’s solutions portfolio, with a focus on customer benefits 

WHAT we’re looking for

• Previous product management experience in the UC/ telecoms or IT sector
• A proven track record. You’ve taken a new software solution to market for a small or medium-sized business
• Autonomous. We trust you to pave the way for Stack8’s product development, making executive decisions and tapping the resources you need to get the job done
• Customer-centric. You know what businesses expect from their technology investment and how to deliver on their expectations
• Results-obsessed. You believe that real success can be quantified, and your product plans reflect that fact with clearly measurable objectives
• Hands-on. You’re ready to roll-up your sleeves and play an integral role in helping Stack8 move in this exciting new direction
• A natural leader. You know how to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team, and feel comfortable mentoring team members so they perform at their best
• A passion for technology, and the ability to communicate that passion with customers
• Excellent writing skills and command of the English language, as many of our clients are US-based
